Microsoft 365 & Azure
You're already paying for Microsoft. Let's make it earn its keep.
Most small businesses use a fraction of what their Microsoft subscription includes — while paying for licences nobody's touched in months. I set up Microsoft 365 and Azure properly, trim what you don't need, and switch on what you're already paying for.

Independence
The one thing to know about me and Microsoft
Microsoft doesn't pay me a cent. No commissions, no reseller margins, no partner incentives. Most "Microsoft consultants" earn more when you buy more. I don't — which means when I tell you to drop licences, you can believe it. And if a non-Microsoft tool is the better fit for something, I'll say so.
What I do
Cut waste. Set it up. Use what you own.
Licence & Cost Review
I audit what you're paying Microsoft versus what your team actually uses. Unused licences, oversized plans, duplicate tools you're paying for twice (paying for Zoom and Teams? Dropbox and OneDrive?). Most businesses find savings that cover my fee several times over.
Set It Up Properly
Microsoft 365 straight out of the box is not set up for security or for how your business works. I configure it properly: safe logins for your team, files organised and shared sensibly, email protected, the works. If you've "had 365 for years but never really set it up" — this is that, finally done.
Use What You Own
Your subscription likely already includes tools your business needs but never switched on — automated workflows, shared team spaces, device protection, forms, bookings. I find the ones worth using for your business and get your team actually using them. No new spend, just switched on.
Azure, When It Makes Sense
If you're running an old server in a cupboard or paying for hosting you don't understand, I'll give you a straight answer on whether moving to the cloud is worth it for you — including when the answer is no.
